Cancellation

Cancellation of a Subscriber’s account includes:  removal of access to all Services; deletion of all information, files, and content associated with or inside the End User’s account (or any part thereof); and barring further use of the Services. A Subscriber may terminate the Subscriber’s account by doing one of the following:

1. Submitting a cancellation request to: cancel@provaultlaw.com with the Subject: “Cancel”
2. Selecting the Cancel Subscription Services option located within the ProVault Application’s Control Panel (for Firm Subscribers and Pro Se Client Subscribers)
3. Selecting the Cancel Subscription Services option located within Account Management (for Website Listing Services Subscribers).

Refunds

No refunds of prepaid Subscription Services, Listing Services, Advertising Services, or Per Matter Fees will be made.
